Ensure the dispatch is picked-up as per Delivery Control Chart /dispatch list from Order Fulfillment

Ensure zero defects in production line by deploying only trained/skilled resources and by providing right

RM, TGFs, Machine.

Taking immediate actions on any quality issues or defects in the line and resuming production in short period

7 Weekly & Daily planning as per customer demand

Shift planning based on capacity to be done & members should be allocated with proper leadership in all the shifts

Ensure the dispatch is picked-up as per Delivery Control Chart /dispatch list from Order Fulfillment

10 Capacity planning as & when current products for production

11 Yearly Budget planning considering forecast (Manpower, Consumables, Tools, Equipment's, Space).

12 Replan the day's target in case of major concerns

13 Review next day's ShiftWise plan kit status & clear the roadblocks for starting production

14 Conduct production meetings, review the pending tasks & ensure completion of task within the planned time





15 Review Sub-contractor monthly plan with Sub-contracting In charge & check the even loading of all subcontractors

16 Participate in NPD projects and make sure smooth transition from FAI to PPAP/Serial Production.

17 Participate in sub-contractors monthly meeting & discuss the concerns about their performance of previous month & current month's challenges.

18 Check the machine, TGF & equipment requirements whenever there is ramp-up in quantities & intimate respective departments

19 Verify if there are concerns in meeting the day's plan with the Floor Leader

20 Ensure the dispatch is picked-up as per Delivery Control Chart /dispatch list from Order Fulfillment
