Position - Global Talent Acquisition Partner

Your Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for professional, management, and executive-level positions globally
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, and market mapping
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy, talent availability, and market insights
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to strengthen employer brand and sourcing capabilities

Your Profile





- 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience within an international setting
- Proven track record of direct sourcing and successfully hiring passive candidates
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and advanced Boolean search capabilities
- Experience hiring for manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or corporate functions
- Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-driven, curious, resilient, and passionate about finding exceptional talent
