How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Senior Manager, Finance - Global LFE, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, supporting our global Lubrizol Fluid Engineering (LFE) business unit. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance up-to-date life. You will be a partner to the business unit Vice President, providing analysis and recommendations for business strategy, and support the execution of business plans.

In this role, you will indirectly lead a global team and collaborate with other finance leaders across the company.

- Serve as a business partner to the Global LFE Vice President and actively contribute to the cross-functional leadership team to create and execute business strategy, goals and objectives.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate financial results, explain variances, ensure accurate financial statements and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead strategic planning, goal-setting, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes while translating financial data into business decisions.
- Drive working capital performance, free cash flow optimization and profitable growth initiatives.
- Develop financial and cash flow models to evaluate capital investments, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities.
- Analyze revenue, volume, mix, margin and profitability trends to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, procurement, supply chain and support teams across global regions to provide decision-support insights and accurate forecasts.
- Provide financial guidance on pricing, customer opportunities, portfolio management and profitability improvement programs.
- Lead, coach and develop finance talent while fostering accountability,



continuous improvement and strong business partnership.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting requirements and corporate finance processes while supporting special projects.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, business finance or related roles.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience with demonstrated success leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial management principles, practices and regulations.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills.
- Experience leading strategic planning, forecasting and performance management processes.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex financial information clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional team management experience and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced qualification.
- Advanced proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with strategic planning, business case development and advanced financial modeling.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
- Additional experience preparing executive-level presentations and decision-support materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
