Gitlab And Artifactory Take on a central technical role ensuring stable, productive and scalable use of GitLab and Artifactory across projects. You will guide Local Key Users and project teams on best practices, integrations, performance, access, automation and governance, while acting as the subject-matter expert and escalation point for the ALM4A community.

Key Responsibilities Access Management & Governance-

- Define and support repository-access and permission-request processes.
- Promote compliance with organisational security, authentication, token-management and access policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as the bridge between development teams, Local Key Users and central platform teams.
- Provide central SME guidance and support escalations that cannot be resolved locally.
- Participate in community meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Escalate risks that could affect delivery timelines, platform stability or adoption.

Knowledge Management & Enablement

- Promote ALM4A documentation, training materials, ways of working and best practices.
- Create and maintain guides, FAQs, known-issue records and how-to articles.
- Coach Local Key Users and end users, support onboarding, and capture feedback for the Core ALM4A Team.




- Support adoption of static-code-analysis and reporting frameworks when defined."

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of GitLab , CI/CD, Git workflows and DevOps practices.
- Experience with artifact repositories, preferably JFrog Artifactory.
- Knowledge of APIs, authentication, access tokens and repository permissions
- Ability to troubleshoot pipelines, integrations, performance and system issues
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-team coordination skills

Preferred Profile

- Degree in engineering, computer science or a related discipline
- Practical experience in software engineering, DevOps or ALM platforms.
- ALM4A knowledge and experience supporting enterprise GitLab or Artifactory environments are strong advantages.
