Hiring: Ginning Manager

Location: Qarsi, Kashkadrya, Uzbekistan

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

Department: Ginning / Production

Reporting To: COO

Job Role:

- Manage daily ginning and production operations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor machine performance, breakdowns, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for machine issues.
- Manage manpower and shift activities.
- Improve plant efficiency and reduce production losses.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices.
- Prepare and monitor production and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with HR, HSE, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Ensure safe working conditions and work towards zero LTI.

Requirements:





- 5–8 years of production/manufacturing experience.
- Ginning/textile/spinning experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production planning and target achievement.
- English & Hindi communication skills.

Salary: As per company standards.
