Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges, Sikar invites applications for the position of Girls' Hostel Warden. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, disciplined, supportive, and well-managed residential setting for students.

Number of Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel and ensure compliance with institutional rules.
- Maintain student attendance, leave, visitor, room-allocation, and incident records.
- Monitor student safety, discipline, hygiene, and general welfare with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Address student concerns and coordinate with parents, college management, and relevant staff when required.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and mess teams to maintain hostel standards.
- Conduct regular hostel rounds and promptly report safety, maintenance, or disciplinary issues.
- Support anti-ragging, emergency-response, health, and student-protection procedures.
- Be available for flexible hours and urgent hostel matters when required.





Qualifications &

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

- At least 2 years of experience in hostel administration, residential supervision, student welfare, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, record-keeping, conflict-resolution, and people-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
- Mature, responsible, approachable, and able to handle confidential student matters with discretion.
