Job Summary

We are looking for a Ginesys IT In-Charge who will be responsible for managing and supporting the complete Ginesys ERP system, retail operations, users, reports, and day-to-day IT-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the Ginesys ERP system and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle Ginesys implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Manage retail POS, billing, inventory, stock, purchase, sales, and related modules.
- Coordinate with Ginesys support/vendor teams for technical issues and system requirements.
- Manage user access, masters, data, system settings, and regular backups.
- Identify and resolve system issues affecting retail and business operations.
- Generate and maintain MIS and management reports from Ginesys.
- Prepare and analyze reports using Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure proper synchronization between Ginesys and business operations.
- Provide training and support to users whenever required.




- Coordinate with internal departments to understand system requirements and improve processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and smooth IT/ERP operations.

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Ginesys ERP and Retail Operations.
- Strong understanding of POS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase & Stock Management.
- Advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS and reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of ERP-based business processes.
- Ability to independently handle Ginesys-related IT and operational requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in Ginesys ERP + Retail IT Operations + Advanced Excel/MIS Reporting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
