Job Summary We are looking for a Service Inward Incharge to manage and coordinate the inward process of defective materials received from Authorized Service Providers (ASPs). The candidate will be responsible for verifying materials, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with ASPs regarding discrepancies, updating CRM records, and ensuring timely movement of defective materials for further processing.
The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant experience and preferably come from the IT Peripheral, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliance, or Mobility industry.
Key Responsibilities
- - Coordinate and manage defective material inward received from ASPs.
- Verify defective products against inward documents and system records.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of defective materials.
- Maintain accurate records of defective inward and update details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with ASPs regarding discrepancies, shortages, or incorrect materials.
- Ensure timely processing and movement of defective materials for further action.
- Prepare and maintain MIS/reports related to defective inward.
- Follow up with concerned teams for pending or unresolved defective cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all inward activities.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of defective materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- - Graduate from a recognized university/institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in service inward, logistics, inventory, or related operations.
- Experience in handling defective material inward and verification.
- Good understanding of inventory documentation and system records.
- Strong coordination skills with ASPs and internal teams.
- Good knowledge of CRM-based record management.
- Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Candidates from IT Peripheral, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliance, or Mobility industries will be preferred.
