Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Sales and Application teams. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, technical support, application engineering, and sales activities. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical and commercial skills while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Support the sales and application teams in managing customer accounts and building strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending suitable products and solutions.




- Provide basic technical and application support to customers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, sales reports, and order-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Support product training and application-related activities at customer locations.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, customer seminars, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and ensuring prompt follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market information.
- Travel extensively within assigned territories as required for business activities.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.

Eligibility:

- B.E./B.Tech. graduates in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, or related disciplines.
- Strong academic record and eagerness to build a career in Technical Sales and Application Engineering.
