We are looking for German Language Customer Support Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is suitable for freshers, graduates, and undergraduate candidates who have good German communication skills and are interested in building a career in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and provide support in German and English via calls, emails, or chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.
