Due to strict international expansion guidelines, municipal compliance frameworks, and corporate licensing protocols in the UAE, the selection, preliminary processing, and technical onboarding for these positions are being managed directly through our regional hub in Kerala.

This is your gateway to stepping into the booming Gulf construction and infrastructure sector, working on high-rise structures, advanced foundation engineering, and major soil-rock mechanics testing projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and supervise geotechnical site investigations, soil boring, and rock core sampling programs.
- Conduct comprehensive laboratory testing on construction materials (soil, aggregate, rock, and concrete) in compliance with ASTM and BS standards.
- Analyze geological data, interpret soil profiles,



and prepare detailed engineering and laboratory test reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, civil contractors, and site engineers to ensure structural foundation safety.
- Maintain and calibrate advanced laboratory testing equipment to meet stringent Dubai Municipality (DM) accreditation standards.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Geology, Applied Geology, or B.Tech/M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Experience: Experience in a soil mechanics / construction materials testing laboratory or geological field investigations.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, familiarity with international testing standards (ASTM/BS), and robust report-writing skills.
- Aptitude: Ready to adapt to fast-paced international standards and meet rigorous quality control guidelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
