: Gen AI Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Gen AI Lead to drive the design, delivery, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), preferably Food & Food service, industry. This is a client-facing, delivery-ownership role for someone who can translate business problems into GenAI-powered solutions and manage end-to-end project execution

This role sits at the intersection of technical depth,client management, and team leadership — ideal for someone ready to move from being a strong individual contributor to a project and people leader.

Required Qualifications

- 6–8 years of overall relevant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Analytics, with meaningful hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic frameworks, fine-tuning, etc.).
- Proven experience managing projects or workstreams — timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Prior experience working with or serving CPG / Food & Beverage industry clients strongly preferred (e.g., demand forecasting, consumer insights, supply chain, R&D;/formulation, trade promotion,



marketing analytics).
- Strong technical foundation in Python and familiarity with Gen AI ecosystems (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases, cloud AI platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured, technically sound solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business/client stakeholders.
- Some experience mentoring or informally leading team members, with explicit potential/aspiration to grow into formal people leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior consulting or client-services background.
- Exposure to CPG-specific data ecosystems (Nielsen/IRI, ERP/SAP, POS data, supply chain platforms).
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices — governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy in Gen AI deployments.
- Experience building or scaling a team from the ground up within a client engagement.
