Role Description The Generative AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and solutions that address real-world business problems. This full-time, in office role, based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, involves building and fine-tuning models (such as LLMs and diffusion models), creating scalable inference pipelines, and integrating AI capabilities into production-grade applications.

The engineer will collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to translate business requirements into technical architectures and prototypes. Day-to-day responsibilities include data preparation, experimentation, evaluation of model performance, prompt and workflow optimization, and continuous improvement of deployed systems. The role also includes documentation, code reviews, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI to propose new solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in computer science, with skills in Python, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.




- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and familiarity with training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models.
- Hands-on work with generative AI techniques, such as large language models, prompt engineering, transformers, and diffusion or other generative models.
- Knowledge of MLOps and deployment practices, including APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Skills in data handling and preprocessing, using tools for data pipelines, feature engineering, and managing structured and unstructured data.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and align solutions with business needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in product or consulting environments and prior exposure to AI-driven business solutions is a plus.
