Role Description This is a full-time Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer role based in Trivandrum, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The engineer will design, build, and optimize generative AI and agentic AI systems, including model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and orchestration of multi-agent workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing scalable AI pipelines and microservices, integrating models with existing applications and APIs, and ensuring robust monitoring, evaluation, and performance tuning. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions,



implementing best practices for data handling and security, and documenting architectures, experiments, and deployment processes. The engineer will stay current with emerging AI frameworks and research, contribute to prototypes and proofs-of-concept, and support continuous improvement across R&D; initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Python and related AI/ML frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar) for building and tuning generative and agentic AI models.
- Candidates should possess experience with large language models and generative systems (for example, LLM APIs, open-source models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks).
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of software engineering practices (including version control with Git, RESTful APIs, microservices, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines).
- Candidates should possess skills in cloud and infrastructure tools (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes or similar platforms).
- Candidates should possess capabilities in data engineering and MLOps (for example, data preprocessing, feature engineering, experiment tracking, model deployment, and monitoring with tools like MLflow or comparable solutions).
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
