The company builds intelligent AI agents and automation solutions across KYC, risk management, fraud detection, compliance, and customer engagement . Its technology helps enterprises streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable AI in real-world business environments.

What We're looking for:

- 4+ years of overall software/AI engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Strong practical experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents
- Experience taking AI solutions from idea → development → deployment → production
- Strong Python and software engineering skills
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, and LLM orchestration
- Understanding of AI system architecture and scalable application design




- Ability to independently solve complex technical problems
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud, and production deployment
- Ability to work closely with product and business teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in Finance, Healthcare, Retail, SaaS, or Enterprise AI is a plus

Skills Required: Languages: Python, Go (positive to have)

Cloud: AWS, Azure

Frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI

AI/ML: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Hugging Face

GenAI / Agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar Agentic AI frameworks

Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL

Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, or similar

Big Data / Streaming: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop — good to have

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes

DevOps: CI/CD, Git, Cloud Deployment
