We are seeking dedicated, skilled, and compassionate GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across our Intensive Care Units (ICU) and Normal Wards. The ideal candidates will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care, continuous patient monitoring, medication administration, and collaborating with medical officers to ensure the best possible health outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

General & Normal Ward Duties:

- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and hygiene.
- Monitor, measure, and accurately record patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration).
- Administer prescribed oral, intravenous, and intramuscular medications on schedule.
- Assist doctors during daily clinical rounds, physical examinations, and routine therapeutic procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, shift-handover logs, and nursing notes.
- Prepare patients for surgeries or diagnostic tests and provide comprehensive post-operative care.
- Educate patients and their relatives regarding disease management, dietary requirements, and post-discharge care.

ICU & Critical Care Duties:

- Provide continuous, intensive care and vigilant monitoring for critically ill patients.
- Operate and monitor advanced critical care equipment, including ventilators, multi-parameter cardiac monitors, and syringe/infusion pumps.
- Identify sudden, life-threatening changes in a patient's condition and promptly initiate emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, assisting with intubation).
- Administer high-alert critical care medications,



titrate inotropic support, and manage complex IV fluids as per physician orders.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols, sterile techniques, and barrier nursing within the ICU environment.
- Perform airway management tasks, including suctioning and tracheostomy care.

Qualifications

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an Indian Nursing Council (INC) or State Nursing Council recognized institute.
- Valid and active registration certificate from the respective State Nursing Council.

Experience

- 0–4 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Freshers with a strong clinical foundation and valid registration are welcome to apply for Normal Ward postings.
- Previous experience in ICU, CCU, or Emergency departments is highly preferred for ICU allocation.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in standard clinical nursing procedures and critical care protocols
- Strong knowledge of infection control guidelines and biomedical waste management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage medical emergencies calmly
- Compassionate patient-care approach and excellent bedside manner
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts

Salary ₹5,000.00-₹12,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience and ward allocation).
