Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical operations related to polymer engineering, including product development, process optimization, and quality improvement.

- Troubleshoot complex production, processing, and material-related issues to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Provide expert technical guidance on polymer selection, formulation, and application based on market and customer requirements.

- Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency, yield, and product consistency.

- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D; teams to implement technical solutions and best practices.

- Analyze market trends, new technologies, and competitor products to support innovation and business growth.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.





- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

- 15–20 years of extensive hands-on experience in polymer engineering within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with proven technical expertise.

- In-depth knowledge of polymer processing, materials, and applications.

- Excellent understanding of market trends and customer-driven technical requirements.

- Solid leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
