About us

A1 SKC Food Products Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Sri Kannan & Co.) is a trusted name in pure cow ghee, serving Tamil Nadu and Kerala since 1975 — and now celebrating 50 years. We control quality end to end through our own milk plants at Vazhapadi (Salem) and Denkanikottai (Hosur), with Gas Chromatography lab testing on every batch. We're now scaling our brand, distribution, e-commerce, and export presence — and we're looking for a leader to drive that growth.

The role

As our Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll own the top-line and market-growth agenda for the business — building distribution, strengthening the brand, and delivering profitable volume and revenue growth. You'll lead the field sales machine and the marketing engine, build the team, and report directly to the Director and Managing Director.

What you'll do

- Own the annual sales plan and P&L; — volume, revenue, margins, pricing, and trade spends.
- Grow across every channel: General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa/Institutional, e-commerce, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket).
- Expand distribution and market share across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and new territories; support export growth.
- Build and manage the distributor and retailer network — coverage, ROI, and stock health.
- Drive brand strategy, marketing campaigns, retail visibility,



and new value-added dairy launches.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales and marketing team.

What you'll bring
- 15–20+ years in Sales & Marketing in Dairy / FMCG (Foods), with a strong core in the dairy category.
- Proven leadership at Zonal / GM / VP level with regional or national responsibility.
- A track record of scaling volumes, expanding distribution, and improving market share and profitability.
- Hands-on understanding of a perishable, quality-first, cold-chain business.
- Experience across General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional, and e-commerce/Quick Commerce.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L; ownership.
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Malayalam a plus); willing to travel across markets.
