Jagannath Polymers Pvt. Ltd., is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team as General Manager –

- Production &
- Quality.

Location: Jaitpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Industry: Plastic / Flexible Packaging Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management, with responsibility for end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Plan, monitor and achieve production targets while optimizing machine utilization, manpower and raw-material usage.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage, downtime, rejection and overall manufacturing costs.
- Manage Quality Control processes, including quality standards, process monitoring, inspections and corrective actions.
- Lead, supervise, motivate and develop production and quality teams.
- Manage shop-floor operations and effectively resolve day-to-day production challenges.
- Identify production bottlenecks, analyse root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process optimization, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, SOPs, ISO standards and other applicable manufacturing requirements.




- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchase and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Monitor production and quality KPIs and provide regular reports and updates to management.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or a related field; advanced qualifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in Production Management, preferably in Plastic, Flexible Packaging, Film or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong hands-on experience in plant operations and production processes.
- Production should be the candidate’s primary area of expertise, with good understanding of Quality Management.
- Experience in handling production teams, supervisors and shop-floor manpower.
- Knowledge of ISO systems, productivity improvement, wastage reduction and process optimization will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work full time on-site at Jaitpura, Jaipur.
