? We’re Hiring | General Manager – South India

This is not a conventional 9–5 leadership role.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven and target-oriented leader to take ownership of our South India business and drive the next phase of growth.

What You’ll Own

Business & Growth

- Own regional targets, revenue growth and profitability
- Drive GTM, market expansion, forecasting and overall business performance
- Build strategic customer relationships and new markets

Field Sales

- Lead field sales, customer meetings, site visits and key accounts
- Build a strong pipeline and drive consistent target achievement
- Engage with CXOs, Purchase, Plant & Quality Heads
- Drive current customer acquisition and key-account growth

Team Leadership

- Build, lead and mentor a high-performance sales team
- Set targets, review performance and drive accountability
- Coach the team through customer visits and business reviews
- Build a culture of ownership,



collaboration and customer focus

Strategic Leadership

- Drive exhibitions, industry engagements and market-development initiatives
- Identify new opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Who We’re Looking For A leader with strong field-sales, business development, target ownership, commercial acumen and people-leadership experience.

Someone who can build markets, develop teams, win strategic accounts and deliver measurable growth.
