Role Description The General Manager Operations role at LIC is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasik. The role is responsible for overseeing daily branch and operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows, policy administration, and adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

The General Manager

Operations will lead and mentor operational teams, allocate resources, manage budgets, and drive process improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance. This position involves close collaboration with customer service, sales, and back-office teams to address operational issues, resolve escalations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.



The role also includes monitoring key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and implementing strategies that support LIC’s mission of providing reliable life insurance services.
