General Manager – Operations & Import/Export

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized candidate to manage day-to-day office activities and support our Import & Export operations.

The candidate should have good spoken and written English , basic knowledge of Import & Export documentation, accounts, MS Office, and general office work.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day office operations and administration .
- Prepare and maintain Import & Export documents .
- Handle invoices, packing lists, purchase orders, shipping documents, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Assist with accounts-related work , invoices, payments, and follow-ups.
- Handle emails and skilled business communication.
- Maintain company records and documentation.
- Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and pending documents.
- Prepare reports and maintain Excel sheets.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external business partners.
- Handle general office and administrative responsibilities.
- Support management in daily business activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in office administration, Import & Export, Trading, Logistics, or a related field.
- Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Import & Export documentation .
- Basic knowledge of accounts and invoicing .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email .
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month , depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
