Core Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets by leading the sales team and directly engaging with clients, architects, and designers.
- Showroom Operations & Maintenance: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring displays are well-organized, updated with current trends, and visually appealing.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate showroom staff to ensure they have high product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Oversee inventory levels, sample stock, and coordinate with warehouses for incoming shipments to ensure product availability
- Experience: 5 -10 years of experience in similar role .

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
