Role Description The General Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Karnal, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business performance at M.M. AGRI COMPONENTS.

This includes managing production and supply chain activities, supervising cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves setting operational goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

The General

Manager will handle budgeting, resource allocation, vendor and customer relationships,



and coordinate with senior leadership on strategic planning and new business initiatives. This position also requires fostering a positive work environment, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth coordination among departments.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and driving performance.
- Operational and process management skills, including production planning, supply chain coordination, and quality assurance.
- Business and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and basic understanding of P&L; management.
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, agriculture, agrochemicals, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with standard office and business management software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnal and adapt to a quick-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
