Experience:- 17+ Years in Water & Wastewater

Qualification:- BE/B Tech – Mechanical /Electrical / I&C;/ Chemical

JD:-

- Lead end-to-end O&M; multiple projects & locations of WTPs, STPs, WWTPs and associated infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Should have hands-on experience in O&M; of water and wastewater projects, with exposure to advanced waste water techniques, PPP, EPC+O&M;, HAM, AMRUT, JJM, Smart City, projects preferred.
- Consistent achievement of operational KPIs and business targets.
- Own P&L;, revenue, profitability, cash flow of multiple projects.
- Drive operational excellence, asset reliability, energy optimization, cost efficiency,



process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive & develop large, geographically distributed teams and build a high-performance, safety-focused and accountable work culture.
- Manage relationships with clients, municipal authorities, regulators, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
- Drive business growth, risk management, contract renewals and operational value creation while ensuring protected, compliant and sustainable operations.
