We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our recent IT Solutions & Services company in Kochi.

If you have a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, team leadership, business development, and end-to-end operational management, we would love to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities? Revenue & Sales Growth

- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Acquire enterprise and SME clients.
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

? Team Leadership

- Build, scale, mentor, and lead high-performing sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Set performance targets and ensure achievement of business objectives.

? Solutions & Technology Sales

- Lead solution selling across:
- Enterprise IT Infrastructure
- Cloud Services
- Cybersecurity & UTM Firewalls
- Managed IT Services
- Networking & related IT solutions

⚙️ Operational Management

- Oversee day-to-day office and business operations.
- Manage resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong OEM and vendor partnerships.





? What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT solutions & services sales and business management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, executive presentation, negotiation, and operational management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
