Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead the entire HR function and build a high-performance, accountable organisation as the business scales.

The role will own the people agenda end-to-endfrom building robust teams and developing talent to establishing robust HR systems, driving performance, and ensuring a disciplined and compliant culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the entire HR function end-to-end, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisational design, HR operations, payroll, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR policies.
- Partner closely with Founders and Department Heads on organisation structure, workforce planning, leadership hiring, succession planning, talent strategy, and critical people decisions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and ensure timely, high-quality hiring across critical roles, leadership positions, and new store launches.
- Own the quality of talent hired, continuously improving hiring standards, candidate quality, retention, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Own the organisation's Performance Management framework through KPI setting, goal cascading, quarterly reviews, performance assessments, rating calibration, and performance closure.
- Ensure KPIs and individual goals are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with department and organisational objectives, translating business priorities into clear accountability across the organisation.




- Act as the owner and enforcer of the organisation-wide performance calendar, ensuring timely completion of goal setting, reviews, assessments, and ratings across teams.
- Drive a culture of high performance and accountability, ensuring managers set clear expectations, assess performance objectively, recognise high performers, and address underperformance effectively.
- Build and strengthen HR systems, policies, processes, and governance that support organisational growth, employee experience, and culture.
- Own payroll, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong process discipline.
- Partner with Finance to manage headcount, compensation, payroll, recruitment, training, and HR administration costs within approved budgets.
- Build robust HR MIS and people analytics, providing Founders with clear visibility on headcount, hiring, attrition, performance, people costs, and key organisational risks.
- Proactively identify and escalate people, performance, compliance, and cost risks, with clear corrective actions and timelines.
- Lead and develop the HR team, creating a function built on strong ownership, high standards, clear accountability, and excellent execution.
- Build an organisational culture that attracts and retains strong talent, develops capable leaders, and enables people to perform at their best.
