Experience: 15–20+ Years

CTC: ₹35–55 LPA (Negotiable & can be extended for the right candidate)

Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MBA preferred

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced pharmaceutical leader to drive end-to-end business operations, manufacturing excellence, regulatory compliance, commercial growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance & HR.

Drive business strategy, revenue growth, profitability, budgets, and expansion plans.

Ensure WHO-GMP, cGMP, GMP and applicable regulatory compliance.

Optimize production efficiency, capacity utilization, inventory, and operational costs.

Expand domestic and export business and strengthen customer relationships.

Build high-performing teams and drive organizational development.

Candidate Profile:

15–20+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.





5–10 years in senior leadership/management roles.

Robust exposure to manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain and commercial operations.

Experience managing domestic and international business.

Proven track record in P&L;, business growth, operational excellence and leadership.
