Position Title: General Manager Global Collaboration

Number of Positions: 1

Role Overview The General Manager Global Collaboration will lead ICDIAs international engagement strategy by building strong partnerships with governments, multilateral organizations, research institutions, industry bodies, and global technology ecosystems. The role will focus on expanding ICDIAs global footprint, fostering strategic alliances, and promoting collaboration in the domain of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), innovation, and digital governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement global collaboration strategies aligned with ICDIAs mission and international engagement goals.
- Establish and manage partnerships with international organizations, governments, multilateral institutions, think tanks, and global technology networks.
- Identify opportunities for joint programs, knowledge exchange, research collaborations, and global initiatives.
- Lead discussions and negotiations related to MoUs, partnership agreements, and cooperative frameworks.
- Represent ICDIA in international forums, conferences, policy dialogues, and global working groups.
- Strengthen ICDIAs advocacy efforts for Digital Public Infrastructure and digital governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-border initiatives involving innovation programs, research projects, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Prepare strategic reports, partnership frameworks, and policy insights for leadership and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications





- Master’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, Economics, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Global Affairs, Digital Policy, or International Development will be an advantage.

Experience Required

- 15 – 20 years of relevant experience in international collaboration, strategic partnerships, global policy engagement, or business development.
- Experience working with international organizations, government institutions, global think tanks, or multinational ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Exposure to digital governance, technology policy, or Digital Public Infrastructure initiatives will be an added advantage.

- Understanding of international policy frameworks, digital governance, and technology ecosystems

Preferred Certifications

- Certification or executive programs in International Relations, Global Leadership, or Strategic Partnerships
- Courses in Digital Governance, Technology Policy, or International Development
- Leadership or management training from reputed institutions

Age Criteria

- 40 – 55 years (preferred)

Compensation (CTC)

- Final compensation will depend on experience, expertise, and organizational guidelines.
