WE’RE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee our Warehouse Operations & Purchase Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse & purchase operations
- Lead a team of up to 10 staff members — assign daily responsibilities, monitor attendance & productivity, resolve day-to-day issues and ensure accountability
- Oversee purchasing, vendors & inventory planning
- Ensure timely inward, packing and dispatch
- Maintain stock accuracy & inventory control
- Vendor negotiation & cost control
- Improve operational processes and efficiency

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong people-management & leadership skills
- Fashion/apparel/e-commerce experience preferred
- Positive knowledge of Excel & inventory management

Location : Gandhinagar | Full-time Apply with your CV and current CTC.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
