Job Descriptions & Eligibility Criteria 1. General Manager – Hospital Administration & Operations
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operational Leadership: Direct overall hospital administrative and non-clinical operational workflows across IPD, OPD, Emergency, ICU, Diagnostics, and Daycare units.
- Quality & Accreditation: Enforce compliance with NABH and statutory standards. Drive clinical quality indicators, infection control, and audit readiness.
- P&L; & Financial Efficiency: Oversee budgeting, cost-control strategies, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and OPEX optimization.
- Patient Experience: Establish guest relation standards, reduce ALOS, minimize turnaround times (TAT), and maintain high NPS.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as strategic liaison between clinical consultants, nursing leaders, administrative heads, biomedical engineering, TPA, and IT/HIS teams.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to municipal laws, fire safety norms, Pollution Control Board (PCB) regulations, CEA, and Bio-Medical Waste Management.
- Emergency Preparedness: Formulate and execute robust Code Red, Code Blue, and disaster management protocols.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Full-time MBA in Hospital Management/Healthcare Administration or MHA from a premier institute.
- Experience: 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations within a corporate or multispecialty hospital (100+ beds). Proven NABH audit track record.

2. Nursing Superintendent (NS) (We strongly encourage female candidates to apply for this position)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Nursing Governance: Provide executive leadership for nursing services across Critical Care (ICU/CCU/NICU), OT, ER, Wards, and OPD.
- Clinical Quality & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with NABH nursing standards, medication safety, IPSG goals, and HAI prevention.
- Manpower Planning: Calculate nurse-to-patient ratios, optimize duty rosters, manage shift handovers, and minimize burnout.
- Training & Development: Lead Continuous Nursing Education (CNE) programs, BLS/ACLS training, and competency evaluations.
- Quality Audits & Incident Management: Conduct regular clinical rounds; investigate incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM with active State Nursing Council registration.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of nursing experience with 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (ANS / DNS / NS) in a recognized tertiary care hospital.

3. Biomedical Engineer (We strongly encourage female candidates to apply for this position)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Lifecycle Management: Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of medical equipment across OT, ICU, Radiology, Cath Lab, and Wards.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Establish PPM schedules, electrical safety checks, and rapid breakdown resolutions to maintain >98% uptime.
- Calibration & QA: Conduct timely calibration and quality control checks for life-support devices per NABH and AERB norms.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Manage AMC/CMC contracts, spare parts inventory, and coordinate with OEMs/vendors.
- Training & Safety: Train clinical staff on safe equipment operations and enforce AERB radiation safety protocols.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on biomedical operational experience in a multispecialty corporate hospital. Calibration experience with ICU/OT equipment required.

4. HR Manager / HR Officer / HR Executive (We strongly encourage female candidates to apply for this position)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical (Doctors, Consultants, RMOs), non-clinical, nursing, and administrative roles.
- Credentialing & Privileging: Execute credentialing, background checks, registration verifications, and privileging documentation per NABH standards.
- Statutory Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and POSH.
- Employee Lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, induction, attendance/shift-payroll reconciliation, KRA/KPI performance appraisals, and exit management.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Operational Command: Represent executive management during assigned shifts to ensure seamless administrative and operational functioning across all hospital units.
- Crisis & Incident Management: Serve as primary point of escalation for real-time operational bottlenecks, VIP visits, clinical emergencies, and MLC cases.
- Patient Flow: Conduct rounds across ER, IPD, OPD, ICU, and Billing to optimize admission/discharge timelines and bed turnaround.
- Service Recovery: Resolve patient grievances and service delays promptly on the spot.

6. Purchase Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement: Manage procurement of surgical consumables, implants, pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, medical gases, and administrative assets.
- Vendor Management: Onboard suppliers, negotiate rate contracts, credit terms, volume discounts, and delivery SLAs.
- Inventory Control: Implement EOQ, reorder levels, safety stocks, and FIFO/expiry tracking to eliminate waste and stockouts.
- Departmental Alignment: Work closely with clinical heads, OT teams, biomedical engineers, and finance to execute monthly budgets.
- Procurement Compliance: Maintain audit trails, PO generations, vendor quotations, gate passes, and inventory reconciliations per NABH norms.

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred).
