Role

Lead and coordinate overall business operations across Sales, Ecommerce, Finance, Procurement, HR & Supply Chain, ensuring smooth execution and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business KPIs, MIS, profitability & performance• Coordinate cross-functional teams and operations
- Build & enforce SOPs and processes
- Monitor revenue, margins, expenses & working capital
- Identify bottlenecks and drive timely solutions
- Support the Founder in business execution and growth

Looking For:

- Strong operations & business management experience
- Positive understanding of numbers, KPIs & P&L;
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Startup/D2C/Ecommerce/Consumer Tech experience preferred
- High ownership and execution mindset
