We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to manage the overall operations and business performance of our Bathware Showroom.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in showroom management, sales, team leadership, customer relationship management, inventory and business development, preferably in the bathware, sanitaryware, tiles, ceramics, interiors or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the bathware showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom sales and profitability.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team.
- Handle key customers, high-value enquiries and sales negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and dealers.
- Monitor customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.




- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor product displays, showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, accounts and delivery teams.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, product availability and slow-moving products.
- Track sales, collections, margins and overall showroom profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and showroom procedures.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
