About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years specifically focused on GenAI and LLM-based solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a focus on multi-agent orchestration and advanced AI/ML algorithms.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain prompt libraries, system prompts, reusable templates, evaluation prompts, and domain-specific instructions.
- Implement and manage multi-agent orchestration using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, and other leading models.
- Utilize agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Crew to build intelligent AI workflows.
- Develop scalable enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and business processes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance and user experience.
- Contribute to AI observability, evaluation, and governance practices.
- Support prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and model optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for AI implementations and workflows.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
