We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI / Voice AI Engineer to build and develop intelligent voice and conversational AI solutions for customer and contact-center use cases.Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Conversational AI and Voice AI applications.

- Build AI-powered voice bots, chatbots, and contact-center solutions.

- Integrate LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and NLP into conversational applications.

- Work with Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.

- Build conversation flows, dialogue management, context, and session handling.

- Develop backend APIs and microservices for AI applications.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.

- Build Agent Assist capabilities such as real-time transcription, suggested responses, knowledge retrieval, and call summarization.

- Work with real-time streaming, telephony, IVR, SIP, or contact-center platforms.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Conversational AI, or Voice AI.

- Robust experience in Python and/or Java.

- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP.

- Experience building Conversational AI, chatbots, or voice-based AI applications.

- Experience with STT and TTS technologies.

- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend development.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Good to Have

- Experience with Genesys or other CCaaS/contact-center platforms.

- Knowledge of Telephony, SIP, IVR, WebSockets, Kafka, or real-time streaming.

- Experience with Agent Assist or Contact Center AI solutions.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
