Job Title: GenAI / AI-ML Product Development Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Product Development professional to join a multidisciplinary team focused on rapidly experimenting, building, and validating innovative GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and validate cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to rapidly prototype and productionize AI solutions.
- Explore advanced AI models and proprietary generative AI models.
- Apply software and AI architectural patterns to build scalable solutions.
- Develop solutions using up-to-date Agentic AI frameworks, protocols, and cloud platforms.
- Contribute to end-to-end product development and technical solution design.
- Provide technical consulting and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product development / software development.
- BE/B.Tech or higher qualification in Computer Science or related streams.
- Degree should be from premier institutes only.
- Strong experience in AI/ML technologies and software development.
- Hands-on experience developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills.
- Strong programming expertise in Python / Java or relevant combination.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams with rapid experimentation and solution validation.
