Experience: 8-10 Years

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Lead Consultant) with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, AWS, API development, and backend engineering to build scalable AI-powered applications and agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Build RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
- Develop secure and high-performing API frameworks and integrations.
- Develop agent-based workflows, RAG applications, and prompt-driven solutions.
- Write, test, and optimize English prompts for business use cases.
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- 8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering and backend development.
- Solid hands-on experience with:

- Python
- Node.js

- REST APIs

- Microservices Architecture

- Backend System Design




- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.

AI & GenAI Skills

- Experience building applications using:

- OpenAI

- Azure OpenAI

- Anthropic Claude

- Amazon Bedrock

- Similar LLM platforms
- Hands-on experience with:

- AI Agents

- Agentic Workflows
- Multi-Agent Systems

- Prompt Engineering
- Prompt-Driven Development (PDD)

- RAG Architectures

- Vector Databases
- Ability to write, test, evaluate, and optimize English prompts for enterprise use cases.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and model orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related discipline.
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, Machine Learning Specialty) preferred.
- Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and security controls.
- Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks and AI compliance requirements.
- Experience leading AI transformation or modernization initiatives.
