Job Role : Gen AI Engineer with Python and AIML

Responsibilities

- LLM & Agentic Systems: Design, develop, and maintain multi-agent systems and applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- RAG Implementation: Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search.
- AI/ML Integration: Implement fine-tuning, prompt engineering techniques, and model evaluation to improve output reliability.
- Software Engineering: Develop secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
- Data Processing: Preprocess, analyze, and manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets for model ingestion

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Core Languages: Robust proficiency in Python (data structures, algorithms, and OOPs).
- AI/ML Stack: Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, transformer architectures, and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Gen AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Databases: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus) and traditional relational/NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB)
