We are looking to hire 2 resources for our project, with the following key requirements:
- Experience: 48 years, with 2+ years of hands-on GenAI / AI Agent experience preferred.
- Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents/Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering.
- Solid Python, FastAPI, REST API, JSON and SQL skills.
- Experience in Email Intelligence, document/attachment processing, OCR and Document AI.
- Hands-on experience with Gmail, Google Calendar/Meet and enterprise API integrations.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Automation Anywhere A360, databases and dashboards.
- Ability to build production-ready AI Agents capable of reading emails, understanding requests,
extracting information and triggering appropriate actions.
- Experience with validation, confidence scoring, exception handling and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Candidates with experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, GenAI, IT Services, BPM, Logistics, Supply Chain or Enterprise Automation will be considered.
The role will primarily support AI Agent. The project also involves processing approximately 100 survey formats across multiple RMC scenarios. Location: Mumbai – Work from Office / Client Location
