About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GeM & Tender Executive to handle end-to-end tendering activities, including Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and private tender portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant GeM and government tenders based on company requirements.
- Manage the complete tender process from tender identification to bid submission.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
- Handle GeM bidding, reverse auctions, product/service listings, and order-related activities.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all required tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, EMD, experience, turnover, certifications, and other tender requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Management for required documents and information.
- Track tender results, bid status, EMDs, and contract/order details.




- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and upcoming opportunities.
- Monitor corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid notices, and tender deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GeM / E-Tendering – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and government e-procurement portals.
- Good understanding of tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, technical and financial bids.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Experience in manpower, security, housekeeping, facility management, or service-sector tenders will be an added advantage.
