Quality Thought is seeking a skilled GCP OnlineTrainer to join our Learning and Training department in Hyderabad. This part-time, hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced cloud qualified to share their expertise in Google Cloud Platform with aspiring and practicing technologists. As part of the Education Management industry, Quality Thought is dedicated to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training that empowers learners to advance their careers in cloud computing.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging GCP training sessions, both in-person and virtually, that cover core and advanced Google Cloud Platform concepts. You will work closely with our Learning and Training team to develop curriculum, hands-on labs, and assessments that reflect real-world cloud scenarios. Your contributions will directly shape the skills of our learners and strengthen our reputation as a leading provider of cloud training.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver comprehensive GCP training programs aligned with industry standards
- Conduct interactive training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats
- Develop curriculum, course materials, and hands-on lab exercises for GCP courses
- Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical projects




- Stay updated with the latest Google Cloud Platform services and certifications
- Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to learners preparing for GCP certifications
- Collaborate with the Learning and Training team to improve course content and delivery methods
- Gather learner feedback and continuously refine training approaches
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and learner performance
- Assist in organizing workshops, boot camps, and certification drives
- Support the development of new cloud-related training offerings

Requirements

- Mid-Senior level experience in cloud computing or related technical instruction
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform services and tools
- In-depth knowledge of GCP compute, storage, networking, and security components
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners at various skill levels
- Experience designing curriculum and educational materials for technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities for part-time hybrid work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow in their cloud careers
- Preferred: Google Cloud certifications such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect
