Job Title: GCP DevOps / Platform Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, containerization, and platform reliability. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using observability tools.
- Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Support incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and system reliability initiatives.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment and operational processes.
- Optimize infrastructure for cost, scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Hands-on experience with GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.




- Strong knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Good understanding of networking, security principles, IAM, and system architecture.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.

Preferred Skills

- GCP certifications.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working with production environments and incident management.
