5+ year GCP DevOps Engineer supporting an enterprise banking client.
Core screening areas should be GCP, Terraform, GKE/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker, scripting, security, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and container orchestration.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and Shell scripting skills.
- Experience with Git-based source control and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, and monitoring.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, or similar automation tools.
- Knowledge of Python scripting and cloud security best practices.
- Exposure to enterprise cloud migrations and production support environments.
