Role: GCP Cloud Infra Lead/ Architect

Skills:

- Must Have: Migration of SAP Application from on-premise to GCP Cloud
- Design and implement GCP cloud architecture and infrastructure to support business-critical applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Manage and optimize compute, networking, and storage resources using GCP services such as GCE, GKE, VPC, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing using tools like Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Stackdriver, Prometheus, or equivalent.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards by implementing IAM policies, VPC Service Controls, and encryption.
- Lead migration efforts of legacy systems to GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote cloud best practices and knowledge sharing.




- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues across multiple cloud services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform .
- Robust understanding of GCP core services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, IAM, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, DNS, Load Balancers, VPN).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Datadog.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
