We are seeking a talented GCP BigQuery Developer with 2-5 years of experience in building scalable data platforms and cloud-native data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and data pipeline orchestration. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade data solutions to support analytics and business intelligence requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and optimize data warehouse solutions using BigQuery.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes for ingesting data from multiple sources.
- Create scalable and efficient data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Perform query optimization and cost optimization in BigQuery.
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows using GCP services.
- Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance processes.
- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, BI Developers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and provide production support.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
