Position Summary
Deputy Manager, Strategic Relationship Management - Sales Excellence Voice of the Client Win/Loss Debrief The Audit & Assurance (A&A;) Client Excellence & Markets (CE&M;) team is strategically aligned with industry sectors and service offerings to drive growth and deliver client and sales excellence for all PPMDs and professionals. Within CE&M;, the Assurance Sales Excellence team serves as a key pillar, dedicated to enhancing sales effectiveness and fostering collaboration to improve our competitive position in the marketplace.
Work you'll do
As a The Voice of the Client Win/Loss Debrief Deputy Manager, Strategic Relationship Management in the Assurance Sales Excellence team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of the Win/Loss Debrief program for the Assurance Sales Excellence team. This role drives consistency and valuable insights across the debrief lifecycle by coordinating stakeholder outreach, conducting and documenting debriefs, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting, and identifying actionable themes and best practices. This role requires deep familiarity with Assurance market offerings and services, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Green Dot and broader cross-functional teams.
- In partnership with the Voice of the Client program lead, support the day-to-day operating cadence for Win/Loss debriefs by driving timely outreach to opportunity leaders, coordinating debrief sessions, and ensuring completion of debrief activities across won and lost opportunities.
- Coordinate with Green Dot Sales Excellence teams to conduct debriefs for opportunities involving 50/50 splits or multi-service line pursuits, ensuring alignment on approach, timing, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct or facilitate client and internal debriefs, capturing high-quality notes that document client feedback, competitive insights, strengths, improvement areas, and key takeaways aligned with the Get to Green framework.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of debrief status, completion rates, themes, and insights across active and closed opportunities, ensuring visibility into program health and areas requiring attention.
- Leverage Jupiter (Salesforce) and related tools to track debrief activity, document findings, and monitor follow-up actions, ensuring CRM data quality and completeness.
- Analyze debrief findings to proactively identify recurring themes, best practices, competitive trends, and areas requiring additional review, escalation, support, or leadership intervention.
- Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready communications and reports summarizing debrief insights, win/loss trends, client feedback, and recommended actions to support continuous improvement and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain high-quality documentation across SharePoint, Teams, Jupiter, trackers,
and reports to ensure debrief insights are accessible, actionable, and consistently structured.
- Share debrief insights and best practices with Green Dot Sales Excellence teams and broader cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, align on leading practices, and drive enterprise-wide learning.
- Support continuous improvement of the Win/Loss Debrief program by refining processes, templates, reporting routines, and stakeholder engagement practices to enhance consistency, participation rates, and quality of insights.
- Collaborate across Assurance sectors, service lines, Green Dot teams, and internal networks to build relationships, drive awareness of debrief insights, and support integration of client feedback into sales strategies and capability development.
The Team This team accelerates growth for Assurance within the Relationship space by leveraging the established strengths of the A&A; business and partnering with Green Dot Sales Excellence to harness cross-functional capabilities and drive continuous improvement through client feedback.

Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, client feedback programs, market research, or a similar operations-focused role within a professional services environment.
- Strong familiarity with Assurance market offerings, services, and the competitive landscape, with the ability to understand and synthesize client feedback in context of service delivery and market positioning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Experience working in Jupiter (Salesforce) or another CRM system, including comfort navigating data, updating records, and generating reports.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple debriefs simultaneously, track actions and dependencies, prioritize urgent requests, and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate conversations, capture detailed notes, synthesize complex feedback, and tailor communications to different audiences.
- Understanding of the Get to Green framework and ability to apply it when analyzing debrief findings and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal networks and collaborate cross-functionally with Green Dot teams, Consulting, and other service lines.
- Ability to handle confidential client and business information with discretion,
adhering to data handling and access-control policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Win/Loss programs, Voice of the Client initiatives, or similar client feedback activities.
- Experience within Audit & Assurance, or within a Big Four or another large professional services organization.
- Familiarity with Green Dot collaboration models, cross-service line pursuits, and multi-disciplinary teaming approaches.
- Project management or business analysis background with demonstrated ability to proactively identify trends, surface insights, and drive action from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate analysis and reporting narratives.
