Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Knowledge Lead Claims Specialist for GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical. As the GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical, you will be responsible for handling complex claims and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Clients, Insurers etc. You will be managing end to end claims for UK. You will ensure the smooth and effective transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders.
Your role will involve driving claims for UK location. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team.
You will be interacting with the team who are present in India and UK Exposure to End to End Claims Handling is a definite plus. Proficient in handling and avoiding risk event or sanctions. Conduct trainings to enhance knowledge and timely submission of reports. Perparing and presentation of process maps, process flow, SOP, Adoc Claims related activities etc call me (phone hidden)
Pay: ₹538,351.02 - ₹1,050,707.50 per year
