Role Description The Funding Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing funding requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects, including identifying suitable funding sources, coordinating with financial institutions, and preparing documentation for loans and investments.

The Funding

Manager will analyze project cash flows, assess financing options, and ensure optimal utilization of funds while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring fund disbursements,



preparing financial reports, supporting negotiations with lenders and investors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as finance, projects, and senior management to align funding strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of funding and loans, with experience managing project-based or corporate funding requirements.
- Solid finance and investments knowledge, including evaluating financing options and supporting negotiations with lenders or investors.
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing project feasibility, cash flows, and risk-reward profiles.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and basic financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure funding is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
