HEED INDIA is looking for a passionate fundraising qualified to join our Development Vertical in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing fundraising strategies, creating compelling proposals, and turning meaningful conversations into long-term donor partnerships.
What you’ll work on
Identify and onboard new donors, HNIs and corporate sponsors
Develop fundraising proposals and budget plans
Build and maintain strong donor relationships
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns
Manage digital fundraising initiatives across platforms such as Ketto, Give India and TATA Mumbai Marathon
Coordinate donor reports, Utilization Certificates and project documentation
Develop dashboards and presentations for project monitoring and reviews
Work with the Communications Team on digital fundraising campaigns
Explore opportunities linked to government-funded projects
What we’re looking for
Graduate in any stream
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in fundraising and/or marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong relationship and team-management skills
- NGO or social-development sector experience is preferred
