Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong domain depth in Finance or Source-to-Pay (S2P) to join our delivery team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will own functional solutioning from requirement discovery through UAT and go-live support.

The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong business process understanding, and practical experience working on at least one enterprise platform such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), or SaaS-based solutions. Industry exposure is an advantage, but functional strength and delivery ownership matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Functional Consultant for Finance or S2P transformation initiatives

Lead business requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops

Perform fit-gap / gap analysis and design pragmatic functional solutions





Translate business needs into explicit functional specifications

Prepare and deliver functional demos, walkthroughs, and presentations

Own and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Collaborate closely with technical, integration, and delivery teams

Support go-live and post-production stabilization activities

Ensure solutions align with business processes, best practices, and platform capabilities

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

Strong functional expertise in either:

Finance, or

Source-to-Pay (S2P)

Proven experience in end-to-end delivery, including:

Requirement gathering

Gap / fit-gap analysis

Functional demos

UAT coordination and support

Hands-on experience with any one enterprise platforms

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Industry exposure in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or Operations

Experience working in enterprise-scale or SaaS environments

Participation in multiple implementations or transformation programs
